This compact apartment had fallen into disrepair and needed renovation throughout. The client wanted a home that was warm and inviting with an uncluttered, masculine look.  Structural alterations had been made historically without the necessary planning consents. After achieving these retrospective consents with the planning department we restored original features that showed signs of neglect, including the wooden floorboards, stairs and large original cupboards.
